There are four main problems I have found with this textbook:#1Key terms are not really well explained at all. The language in the definitions is very stilted and DULL. #2While it is very important to be tolerant and open-minded, I do not want to be told what to think by a textbook. The author is so solemnly, pompously, and piously PC that sometimes I want to scream. #3Some of his statements seem awfully dated. More pertinent to the seventies than to the 1990s. #4And the much-touted CD only works on those high-end computers that EVERY college student can afford.
